Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with anexcellent academic record
- ActiveBarAdmissioninWashington,D.C.(oreligibilitytowaiveintotheD.C.Bar),ingoodstanding
- 1-3yearsofsubstantiveprivacy,cybersecurity,ordataprotectionexperience
- Experienceadvisingclientsonprivacycompliance,dataprotection,andrelatedregulatorymatters
- FamiliaritywithU.S.privacylawsandregulations,includingstateprivacyframeworksandfederalrequirements
- Exposuretointernationalprivacyanddataprotectionlaws,includingcross-bordercomplianceconsiderations,ispreferred
- Stronglegalresearch,analytical,drafting,andcommunicationskills

- Supportclientswithcybersecuritypreparedness,incidentresponse,investigations,andrisk-managementinitiatives
- Monitorlegalandregulatorydevelopmentsandprovidestrategicguidanceregardingemergingprivacyandcybersecurityrequirements
- Collaboratewithattorneysacrossmultiplepracticeareasoncomplexregulatory,transactional,andadvisorymatters

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary:$225,000-$260,000 annually, as determined by experience and market factors
