Frida's is seeking an experienced server/bartender to join our daytime team. We're looking for someone who enjoys hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently provide excellent service while preparing quality cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Deliver warm, attentive service from greeting through payment
- Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized section throughout service
- Resolve guest concerns professionally
Bar Service
- Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, espresso drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar
- Restock liquor, wine, beer, garnishes, and bar supplies
- Ensure consistency and quality with every drink served
Operations
- Support smooth lunch service in both the dining room and bar
- Complete opening duties and side work
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management
- Help maintain a clean, organized restaurant throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of serving experience
- Bartending experience required
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Weekday lunch availability required; schedule varies based on business needs
Compensation
- Hourly (tipped position) + tips
