Salary around $110k, depending on experienceAs the Dayforce WFM Implementation Consultant, you will help our customers succeed with Dayforce in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post‑go‑live support). You will lead one or more activities, under the direction of the Project Manager. Project responsibilities include facilitation of customer requirements gathering, design and configuration of the Dayforce solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to junior consultants, identifying risks, and communicating issues to the Project Manager.We put the customer at the center of everything we do. You will focus on helping our customers transform every area of HCM to help them succeed with Dayforce. You will provide best‑in‑class guidance to maximize the value of their Dayforce investment. Dayforce includes Core HR (Forms & Workflows, Data, HR Processes & Analytics), Workforce Management (Scheduling, Time & Attendance), Native & Global Payroll, Talent Intelligence, and Benefits Intelligence, among others. You will specialize in Core HR (Forms & Workflows, Data, HR Processes & Analytics) and Workforce Management (Scheduling, Time & Attendance).What you'll get to do:Provide Implementation Services to customers:Document and validate customer's HCM business requirements and map to Dayforce functionalityDesign and document innovative solutions to solve customers' business needsConfigure Dayforce to meet customer's business requirementsConduct consulting sessions (remote and in‑person); produce design documents and meeting minutesProvide customers with follow‑up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise, including post‑implementation and quality assurance servicesActively participate in customer testing cycles, addressing and resolving any identified issues promptlyAct as subject matter expert (SME) on strategic implementations for our internal teams, our customers and our partnersAttend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverablesDesired: Develop SQL database scripts and XML transformers for integrations and interfacesContribute to Internal Implementation Initiatives:Design and document solutions and contribute to a solutions repositoryDocument best practices and share with the Practice in at least one area of expertise (Core HR, Time & Attendance)Regularly take part in internal process improvement initiativesFocus on Continuing Education:Contribute to internal knowledge share; review questions and provide feedback on a continuous basisMentor junior consultants on best practice implementation of new product features and functionality, including new customer end to end implementationsParticipate in Continuing Education sessions; lead Implementation best practice sessionsComplete new release training on a timely basis; be fully versed on new and/or enhanced functionality in each product releaseGrow your knowledge of Dayforce functionality; complete cross‑training to expand your expertiseSkills and experience we value:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in human capital management application consulting or 2+ years of experience in a Time & Attendance/Rostering and/or HR Software roleExperience with software in a SaaS (Software as a Service)/Cloud computing environmentExperience with one or more of the following applications: Dayforce (preferred), Workday, SalesForce.com, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, PeopleSoft, SageExcellent organization, communication and collaboration skillsExcellent customer relationship and business acumenStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to engage with multiple projects & customers at the same time and manage prioritiesAbility to lead and facilitate customer workshops and sessionsAbility to mentor junior consultants and guide solution configuration through peer reviews and other QA activitiesWhat would make you really stand out:Understanding of relational databases and SQLUnderstanding of common human capital management (HCM) business practicesUnderstanding of different industries and how Dayforce implementation best practices apply to the customer's business practicesProduct certification in at least one Dayforce HCM module (Core HR, Time)#J-18808-Ljbffr
