Location: Fairfield, NJ - 3 days onsite

Duration: 6 months + potential extensions

Pay Range: $60 - $70/hr W2

Job Description

We are seeking a Dayforce HRIS Analyst to join our team. The role will configure, administer, and improve Dayforce with a focus on Payroll and Workforce Management. The analyst will collaborate with Payroll and HR, implement business and union related changes, resolve issues, and enhance the reliability and functionality of Dayforce.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain Dayforce Payroll and WFM per Payroll and HR requirements.
• Support and update union related changes across 20+ unions.
• Configure and maintain pay codes, time off policies, and time and attendance settings.
• Execute configuration cleanup, system updates, and ongoing maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-to-Dayforce integrations and file feeds with the HRIS team.
• Investigate data and system issues and coordinate solutions with Payroll, HR, and stakeholders.
• Own testing and validation of configuration changes.
• Document configurations, processes, and changes.
• Identify and implement improvements to Dayforce and payroll processes.
• Provide production support for Dayforce issues and requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands on Dayforce configuration and administration, focused on Payroll and WFM.
• Strong understanding of payroll and HR processes within an HRIS environment.
• Experience configuring union agreements and payroll requirements, including complex pay rules, multiple bargaining units, and union reporting.
• Expertise with pay codes, time off, time and attendance, and payroll configuration.
• Experience troubleshooting and fixing HRIS integrations and file feeds.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Clear communication and organized documentation practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting union populations and union payroll requirements.
• Workday experience, including Workday-to-Dayforce integrations.
• Background in a multi system HRIS environment.
• Experience supporting a large, multi-union workforce.
