Kids ’R’ Kids Learning Academy is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable
Full-Time Toddler Teacher to join our team and help provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages
12–18 months. (9:30 AM-6:30 PM)Responsibilities
- Provide loving, attentive care to toddlers throughout the day.
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development.
- Support children as they develop communication, motor, social, and self-help skills.
- Follow individual feeding, diapering, nap, and daily care routines.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child’s daily experiences and development.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and center leadership.
- Follow all health, safety, and childcare licensing requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous childcare or toddler classroom experience preferred.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Patient, nurturing, reliable, and responsible.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional classroom environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Must meet applicable state childcare licensing requirements.
