Kinder College is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic
Toddler Teacher to join our team!
Age Group: 2–3-year-old toddlers
Hours: 9:30 AM–6:30 PM
Position: Full-time, closing position
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a daycare or classroom setting
- Experience caring for and supervising toddlers
- Comfortable with diaper changes and toddler care routines
- Able to provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Comfortable using an app to document daily experiences, activities, meals, and updates for families
- Reliable, responsible, and a team player
- Patient, kind, and nurturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Must be able to pass a required background check and fingerprinting
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and wants to be part of a supportive childcare team.
Responsibilities - Plan games and activities that are developmentally appropriate
- Design a daily and weekly schedule
- Provide basic care and caregiving activities
- Evaluate children to ensure they are reaching developmental milestones
- Communicate with parents and update them on their children’s activities
Qualifications not necessary but a plus- Associates degree or CDA
- First aid/CPR certified
