Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for children, strong communication skills, and the ability to create a positive and structured classroom environment. 


Responsibilities: 


  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
  • Monitor children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a consistent and supportive learning environment.
  • Follow all licensing regulations and center policies.

Qualifications:
 
  • High School Diploma with a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification or minimum of 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education or related fields.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Previous experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
