The Learning Experience – Meridian is hiring a caring and dependable
Daycare Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team. If you enjoy working with young children and want to be part of a positive, supportive school environment, we'd love to meet you.
Our teachers help children learn through play, exploration, structured routines, and meaningful interactions while creating a classroom where every child feels safe, supported, and excited to learn.
What You'll Do
- Provide attentive care and supervision for young children
- Lead fun, age-appropriate learning and play activities
- Support children's language, social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Assist with daily routines including meals, rest time, toileting, and transitions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership
- Follow Idaho childcare licensing and health and safety requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous daycare, preschool, or childcare experience preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Caring, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team
- Must meet Idaho childcare licensing requirements
