At Daybright, we are seeking developed leaders to support the

business. Shift Leaders will oversee Team Members in the continual pursuit of

our purpose of bringing “Good To Go” to life while creating a positive culture.

Shift Leaders are tasked with ensuring we are meeting and exceeding our goals

Responsibilities

· Exhibit knowledge of operational policies and procedures. 

· Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions. 

· Works with Site Lead and Interim Manager to ensure appropriate staffing levels. 

· Ability to lead shift operations, positioning of team members, and

opening/closing procedures during their shift.

· Ability to lead while assisting team members with daily operations.

· Must be able to fill all team member positions if needed.

· Must be an excellent coach, communicator, and team builder. 

· Assists restaurant leadership in execution of weekly and monthly goals Maintainsa positive working relationship and treats all employees with honor, dignity and respect while providing them with direction and feedback.  

· Follow sanitation and safety procedures. 

· Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. 

Requirements

· Ability to handle multiple tasks at once. 

· Able to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and

lift heavy objects, as needed. 

· Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic. 

· Positive attitude. 

· Experience as a leader in the customer service and/or production environment 

· Proven ability to lead in quick paced environments as part of a team. 

· Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect.

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
