BASIC PURPOSE
Lower stock to ground level pick-level slots from higher level reserve slots during night shift using safe operating practices. Keep the pick slots full in order to maintain efficient action by the order selectors.

BASIC PURPOSE
Operate an industrial forklift pallet jack to perform material handling assignments. Utilize system to identify and transport material to and from storage areas aisles and loading dock.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
When needed, transport of pallet and/or product to clear dock congestion
Transport pallet loads of products from dock to correct warehouse slot storage aisles using powered industrial equipment and ensures all pallets are secure and properly staged in designated aisles to avoid damage or injury
Perform operations and safety check, including battery, brakes, lift controls, and fire extinguisher.
Record all product, equipment and warehouse damage.
Maintain the cleanliness of aisles by removing any debris from floor and racks
Follow safety policies and practices at all times.
SUPERVISION RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Night Warehouse Supervisor, Selectors
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Related Experience: Job related certification for Material Handling Equipment; Six months prior Selector experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Able to read and write legibly; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide); must be able to properly use company-provided SAE, onboard computer terminals and scanning devices.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is $20.
As applicable, this role will also receive: overtime compensation, and Freezer premium.
