Job Title: Forklift Operator (Sit-Down & Stand-Up | Organized | Comfortable with Heights)
Pay: $17.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift – 8:00AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator experienced in operating both sit-down and stand-up lifts. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong safety mindset, and must be comfortable working at heights when operating equipment or handling elevated inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials
- Load and unload trucks, stage orders, and transport products within the warehouse
- Use RF scanners to track product movement and maintain accurate inventory
- Operate at elevated levels as required—must be comfortable with heights
- Maintain clean and orderly storage areas
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks
- Read and interpret shipping documents, BOLs, and pick sheets
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of recent experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working at heights and on elevated platforms or racking systems
- Familiar with RF scanning and basic warehouse software
- Ability to read/write in English for documentation and communication
- Reliable attendance and good communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
