Hours: Sun - Tues 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (12 hours), Wed 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations. Your work will ensure materials are moved safely and efficiently, supporting timely shipping and receiving. Youll collaborate with your team to meet production goals, uphold safety standards, and maintain smooth workflows, all while gaining valuable skills in a dynamic setting.
What You'll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:
Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport products securely throughout the facility.
Loading and unloading trucks efficiently to keep inbound and outbound schedules on track.
Picking, packing, checking, and staging orders accurately utilizing RF scanners or inventory systems.
Storing materials properly in designated areas according to inventory procedures.
Performing regular equipment inspections, basic maintenance checks, and reporting any issues promptly.
Maintaining accurate documentation and production records.
Following all safety guidelines, reporting hazards, quality concerns, or production issues immediately.
Working closely with team members to meet production and shipping targets.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of forklift operation experience.
RF scanner experience is preferred.
Basic computer skills and math proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow repetitive processes accurately.
Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.
Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish skills are a plus.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
