Hours: Wednesday 11AM - 5PM (6 hours), Thursday - Saturday 5:00AM - 5:30PM (12 hours)

As a Forklift Operator, you'll be essential in supporting daily operations by safely operating material handling equipment, assisting with shipping and receiving processes, and ensuring products are moved efficiently and accurately. What You'll Do
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport products throughout the facility safely.
  • Loading and unloading trucks while adhering to scheduled inbound and outbound deliveries.
  • Picking, packing, checking, and staging orders accurately using RF scanners or inventory systems.
  • Stacking and storing materials in designated areas following inventory control procedures.
  • Inspecting equipment before use, performing basic maintenance checks, and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate production records and completing necessary documentation.
  • Following all safety protocols, reporting hazards, and addressing quality concerns.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production and shipment goals.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.
  • Experience with RF scanners or inventory management systems preferred.
  • Basic computer and math skills for record-keeping.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.

Location & Schedule:
This is a temp-to-hire, on-site position in Millersburg, OR. The schedule includes Wednesday from 11AM to 5PM and Thursday through Saturday from 5AM to 5:30PM.
