Day Program Support Specialist (DSP) – Make a Real Impact Every Day

At ECHO, we're hiring compassionate, reliable team members to support adults with disabilities in our LIFE Day Support Program in Leesburg, VA.
- Monday–Friday only (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- No nights. No weekends. No shift work.
- Consistent schedule every week

What You'll Do (Real Impact Work)
You'll spend your day helping adults with disabilities live meaningful, engaging lives:
- Support individuals in daily activities, life skills, and personal goals
- Lead or assist with fun, engaging activities (art, music, games, community outings)
- Provide encouragement, structure, and positive support
- Assist with personal care when needed (with dignity and respect)
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
- Track progress and celebrate successes

Who This Role is Perfect For
You don't need to come from a DSP background-we're looking for people who are:

Basic Requirements
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening (including fingerprinting)
- Some experience (or education) in human services preferred-but we will train the right person
