Day Porter - Full-Time

JOB TITLE: Day Porter- Full-TimeLOCATION: Louisville, OHHOURS: 1st shift, 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday- Friday, schedule subject to change based on business needs.COMPENSATION: $17.00-18.00 / HourTRAVEL: Minimal (1-10%)

Job Responsibilities:

Operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route.Complete assigned job(s) in the time allottedPerform labor duties as required by team lead. Such as:

Perform litter pick-up along highwaysPerform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail propertiesUsing a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, changing trash bags, and walking around the property to check for issues

Job Requirements:

Valid Driver's LicenseDOT Physical Required but paid for by Company expense.Dot Medical CardHigh school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work.Experience working outdoorsAbility to follow directions and read mapsMust maintain valid driver's license/good driving recordMust pass and maintain drug-free status: employment and random drug testsAbility to operate a pick-up truck safelyAbility to lift 40 lbs. occasionallyModerate lifting - no greater than 40 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping. No fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required.Ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending, as required
