Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Databricks Solution Architect with extensive experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale data platforms, cloud modernization initiatives, and complex system integrations. The ideal candidate will lead architecture strategy and collaborate with business, engineering, and enterprise stakeholders to enable data-driven transformation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in enterprise-scale data platforms and integrations
• Expertise in Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Spark
• Experience with cloud platforms: Azure Databricks, AWS S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing: Snowflake, Data Vault, Star/Snowflake Schema, CDC
• Prior work experience in BFSI, Capital Markets, Asset Management, or large enterprise environments
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Certifications in Databricks, Azure, AWS, and TOGAF
• Experience with DevOps tools: Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CI/CD
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Architect and implement enterprise data platforms using Databricks technologies
• Design scalable data integration solutions across enterprise applications
• Lead migration of legacy data warehouses to modern cloud architectures
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for engineering teams
• Partner with business stakeholders to build analytics and AI/ML-ready data ecosystems
