Database Marketing & Analytics Manager (Island View Casino Resort)

Position Overview

Island View Casino Resort is seeking a Database Marketing & Analytics Manager to lead player database marketing, targeted campaigns, and performance analytics. This position is responsible for developing player segments, executing data-driven marketing strategies, ensuring campaign accuracy, and analyzing player behavior, retention, reinvestment, and profitability to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage database marketing initiatives focused on player acquisition, retention, reactivation, and revenue growth.
• Develop targeted player segments and marketing campaigns across direct mail, email, mobile applications, and kiosks.
• Oversee campaign selection, validation, execution, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and offer integrity.
• Analyze player behavior, gaming activity, visitation trends, promotional effectiveness, and profitability.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to measure campaign results, return on investment, and player reinvestment.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing strategies, customer engagement, and promotional spending.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Player Development, Gaming Operations, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support business objectives.
• Maintain data accuracy, reporting standards, documented procedures, and compliance with privacy requirements.
• Manage departmental projects, resources, priorities, and deadlines while providing analytical insights and recommendations to leadership.
