    Job Requirements
    Responsibilities:
    • Create, manage, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
    • Support the Roadside Toll Systems Team with report generation, new alerts, database migrations, vendor build deployments, hardware replacements, SQL distributor maintenance, and roadside replication.
    • Collaborate with the Monitoring Operation Center and SLAM team on third-party patching, deep-dive data analysis, Power BI report development, and multi-platform database support.
    • Analyze data requirements, architectures, data dictionaries, and database schemas to design, develop, amend, and optimize systems.
    • Gather, analyze, and normalize business process data to evaluate credibility, relevance, and meaning.

    Requirements & Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Experience: 5 years of IT experience in DBA, SQL procedural code, and design. Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language (PL-SQL) and Microsoft SQL (Transact-SQL) is required.
    • Role Complexity: Intermediate professional level. Ability to handle medium-to-high complexity tasks, participate as a project team member/leader, and coach junior staff.
