Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong architecture experience across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure, CRM integrations, customization, security, and DevOps.

Required Skills:

12+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

o Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, or related modules)

o Dataverse

o Power Apps

o Power Automate

o Plugins and Custom APIs

o JavaScript / TypeScript

o .NET / C#

o REST / SOAP APIs

• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, data modeling, security roles, business units, and solution management.
• Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
• Experience designing enterprise-level integrations and distributed solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ALM, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Dynamics 365 deployment strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
