Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with Entertainment clients to identify technical issues and opportunities, selling AdTech and MarTech solutions, and leading project planning.
  • Experience and ability to work closely with sales and cross-functional teams and influence key, executive stakeholders (internally and externally) across all levels.
  • Experience in working with the Google products (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub or Google Cloud) and familiar with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, CDPs, DMPs, targeting, etc.).
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritization skills along with verbal and written presentation skills.

As a part of the Data, Measurement and Analytics (DM&A) team for the Media and Entertainment M&E vertical of Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS), the Data Transformation Lead (DTL) plays a critical role in maximizing the observable success of Google media and enabling mutual growth for Google and its performance-oriented clients.As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL), you will be accountable for measurement solution design and driving client commitment for key data integration capabilities by owning the durable measurement narrative with clients at all levels. You will establish modern measurement foundations that will ultimately drive better media outcomes and accelerate AI Innovation through follow-on projects like lead scoring and predictive bidding. You will drive executive influence by articulating the business value of durable measurement and co-ordinate the efforts of external and internal resources to accelerate infrastructure implementation.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. Responsibilities

  • Partner strategically with clients to define data and measurement infrastructure strategies, collaboratively establishing execution roadmaps and goals.
  • Lead first-party data integration and durable measurement sales cycles for performance and lead generation advertisers across Google buying doors.
  • Drive client buy-in and adoption of foundational infrastructure (Enhanced Conversions, Enhanced Conversions for Leads, Google Tag, Google Analytics 4) and solutions (Ads Data Manager, Server-side Google Tag Manager, Publisher Advertiser Identity Reconciliation).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact on durable ad measurement and first-party data ingestion in Google platforms, while educating, driving influence, and build relationships with stakeholders through deep measurement subject matter expertise.
  • Accelerate adoption of Google's advanced AI offerings by extending beyond the AI capabilities currently embedded within Google Ads products (PMax, Demand Gen) to deliver value to customers.
