    Minimum Qualifications

    Proven ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Proficient in construction related software (Plan Grid, Bluebeam, etc.)Knowing and willingness to push back on other trades in an effective and professional level.Ability to resolve conflict both internal and external.Ability to create a team atmosphere.Complete understanding of blueprints and related architectural symbols.High level of understanding of firestopping principles as it pertains to telecom pathways.Familiarity with MS office suite and other software suites applicable to the role including but not limited to:

    MS ExcelMS OutlookMS WordBluebeam

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    All T1/T2/T3 requirements.OSHA 30, preferred but not required for hire. Minimal OSHA 10.Aerial lift certification.Fall protection certification/training.
