Key Responsibilities of Data Systems Manager:

• 
  
• Lead IT operations, systems administration, and technology initiatives
• 
  
• Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, databases, and reporting systems
• 
  
• Supervise IT support functions and provide technical leadership
• 
  
• Oversee cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance efforts
• 
  
• Manage technology vendors, budgets, equipment, and projects
• 
  
• Develop documentation, policies, training materials, and process improvements
• 
  

Qualifications of Data Systems Manager:

• 
  
• 4+ years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or data management
• 
  
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• 
  
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• 
  
• Knowledge of databases, reporting tools, system administration, and IT security
• 
  
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• 
  

Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 DOE, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
