Develop your career and complete meaningful, impactful work alongside our mission-driven team!GET A CLOSER LOOK AT THE POSITIONWhen you join us as a Data & Systems Analyst, your focus will be on maintaining and improving NexGen IT reconciliation and business intelligence reporting efforts. You'll produce data analytics to help provide portfolio-level insight for AFCEC/CI Quality Assurance and the broader FIAR requirement. Highly detail-oriented, you'll review and reconcile NexGen IT real property data against government-furnished information (GFI) sources to identify database year discrepancies, system integration challenges, and category code issues that may prevent records from populating correctly.During the pre-network access period, you'll assist with gap analysis activities, review DoD/Air Force real property regulations, build off-network collection templates, and evaluate deficiency categories for potential audit impact. As you identify deficiencies, you'll produce recurring business analytics and report errors based on installation/category code, recurrence rates, and documentation sources to help avoid future discrepancies. You'll support Corrective Action Plan (CAP) monitoring efforts, contribute to the monthly CAP report, and assist the program manager with additional duties as needed, such as maintaining the data requirements list or tracking GFI receipts.REQUIREMENTSU.S. citizenshipBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business, finance, information systems, or a similar field2+ years of experience with data reconciliation, analytics, or business intelligence reporting, ideally in a federal or real property contextWorking knowledge of database and record management systemsProficiency with NexGen IT or the ability to learn the program without government-provided trainingAbility to perform occasional site visits for data validation and E&C survey follow-up as neededOUR IDEAL DATA & SYSTEMS ANALYSTExperience with Air Force or other DoD real property systems of recordExperience building recurring analytics and reporting deliverables for a federal audit-readiness or compliance programProficiency with Excel-based or BI-tool data analysis platformsOUR MISSIONPremier Group Services Inc.
