Job Summary:
The Data & Support Administrator, Absence will support the Reporting & Analytics Team. You will perform and facilitate execution of administrative activities and procedures for the operation as well as; serve as a trusted partner providing support on administrative and business management matters/activities. You will play an important role in supporting the existing team by completing tasks promptly which typically require a quick turn-around.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform Excel-based tasks to support ad hoc requests, including data lookups, pivot tables, and other formulas
Conduct basic data analysis to identify trends, validate data accuracy, and support business decision-making
Manage the Reporting & Analytics inbox, including monitoring requests, prioritizing tasks, and routing inquiries to appropriate team members
Execute recurring and ad hoc reporting processes (weekly, monthly, quarterly), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Respond to and resolve higher-level Reporting & Analytics inquiries
Maintain and update Reporting & Analytics standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure documentation is current and accurate
Support cross-functional business initiatives, including customer-specific reporting and data projects
Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking notes as needed
Perform administrative and clerical functions, including document preparation, spreadsheet management, and creation of ad hoc reports
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Education: High school degree or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
1 year of experience in data analytics or similar role preferred
Experience in Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Power BI required
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently to meet project deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to maintain professional communication with internal teams
Excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work autonomously
Other Requirements
Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer

The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
