Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms ( AWS Glue, Snowflake).
- Proficiency in ETL/ELT design, and data warehousing, data modeling
- Hands-on experience with Python, Spark, Informatica, Datastage, AWS Glue, Snowflake
- Must have led hands on experience with modern data platforms.
- Well versed with Gen AI terminology and implemented cases with Gen AI in SDLC and Data platforms.
- Familiarity with insurance core systems
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architecture tailored to the needs of the P&C insurance business.
- Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, claims, and IT teams to translate business requirements into robust data solutions.
- Evaluate Tool & technologies, run proof of concept and propose technology options and solutions to the client.
- Lead the modernization of legacy systems and migration to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Define data integration strategies across internal systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek) and third-party data providers (e.g., ISO, LexisNexis).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and analysts.
- Be a key player in transforming the data landscape, drive adoption of AI within the technical team
- Identify potential use cases for new features with tools in the marketplace for data and AI.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $170,000 a year
