    Join our dynamic and innovative footwear company as a Data Security Administrator II in St. Louis, MO, where youll play an important role in safeguarding access to critical business systems and protecting company data across the enterprise. This highly collaborative position offers the opportunity to work across Information Technology, internal audit, and business teams to administer security access, support identity management processes, enhance compliance efforts, and help drive continuous improvements in security operations.     What will you be doing?

    • Administering Identity & Access Management: Manage user accounts, access requests, passwords, and security permissions across enterprise systems, ensuring appropriate access levels are granted, modified, and removed in accordance with company policies and business requirements.
    • Supporting SAP Security & Provisioning Processes: Apply and maintain SAP security roles, support user provisioning activities through SAP Identity Management, and partner with security architects to review and enhance role-based access controls.
    • Monitoring Security Compliance & Risk Controls: Collaborate with internal auditors and IT leadership to maintain compliance with security standards, identify potential vulnerabilities, investigate access-related issues, and support remediation activities.
    • Delivering Technical Support & Security Operations: Resolve Tier II security and access-related service requests, leverage troubleshooting methodologies to address issues efficiently, and ensure timely escalation when appropriate.
    • Driving Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain documentation, monitor key performance metrics, utilize scripting and automation tools to improve user administration processes, and continuously enhance the effectiveness of security operations.

    Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

    • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred
    • 3-5 years of experience in information security, identity and access management, systems administration, or related IT discipline
    • Experience administering user access, permissions, and authentication within enterprise environments
    • Working knowledge of SAP security roles, SAP Identity Management, Active Directory, or similar IAM platforms
    • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Experience supporting security compliance initiatives, audit activities, and access governance processes preferred
    • Familiarity with scripting, automation, KPI reporting, and security process improvement initiatives is a plus
