We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to be an integral part of our text-to-speech research division. In this role, you will work closely with experienced researchers to explore, develop, and optimize text-to-speech systems. Your responsibilities will include conducting experiments, implementing algorithms, and assisting in developing high-quality synthetic voices. Responsibilities Research Support Staying informed about the latest advancements in TTS technology. Participate in research brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance speech synthesis methodologies. Algorithm Implementation Collaborate with the research team to implement and refine TTS algorithms using Python Gain hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, to develop and optimize TTS models. Data Collection and Analysis Support data collection efforts by assisting in the gathering and preprocessing of speech datasets. Help ensure data quality and integrity for training TTS models. Model Evaluation and Testing Participate in evaluating and testing the performance of TTS models using predefined metrics. Assist in conducting subjective evaluations and user studies to gather feedback for improvements. Documentation and Reporting Maintain clear and organized documentation of research findings, methodologies, and experiment results. Prepare regular progress reports to share with the team and communicate project status. Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related STEM fields Proficiency in Python. Solid understanding of basic Data Structures and Algorithms Strong problem-solving skills and an eagerness to learn and grow in a research environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the research team.
