    Experience : 4+ Years
    Job Description:" 4+ years of primary, hands-on experience in Data Science and Predictive Modeling, with a strong foundation in a production environment." Demonstrable, hands-on knowledge and proficiency with Python and SQL (a must-have requirement for this role), including libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, andNumPy." 3+ years of dedicated experience in Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning (ML)algorithms, and deploying models into production." Strong understanding of Data Integration, Feature Engineering, and working with both structured and unstructured datasets." Experience with Model Documentation and tracking experiments (e.g., MLflow,DVC, or Jupyter) and a commitment to reproducible research practices." Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a strong attention to detail when validating data integrity and model performance." Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data findings and statistical metrics into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders."
