Pay Range: $70.00 - $80.00

Job Summary:

This role will leverage data science to optimize a referral program by analyzing key metrics and identifying performance improvements. You will collaborate with various teams to design and execute experiments, as well as build new reporting capabilities and self-serve tools. The goal is to enhance product performance and enable faster, data-driven decision-making throughout the year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automate reporting for key performance indicators.
• Design and implement A/B tests with cross-functional partners.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to inform strategic direction.
• Develop robust reporting pipelines and dashboards for new initiatives.
• Build self-service testing capabilities for faster experimentation.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong SQL and analytical capabilities.
• Expertise in A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with causal inference techniques.

Experience in the Financial Technology industry is preferred, with a focus on understanding time series forecasting and AI-assisted workflows.
