    Description

    We are seeking a highly agile Data Scientist / Data Analyst to support a growing biotech patient services technology organization. This individual will operate in a hands-on, multi-functional role supporting operational reporting, data modeling, and emerging AI platform initiatives within a highly regulated healthcare environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reporting solutions
    • Support data modeling initiatives to enable broader analytics and AI platform development
    • Partner on the buildout of AI-enabled data capabilities and platforms
    • Work across multiple concurrent initiatives rather than being dedicated to a single project
    • Support technology initiatives related to patient services operations
    • Analyze data sets containing sensitive patient information (PII / PHI) while maintaining compliance with regulated healthcare standards
    • Collaborate in a lean team environment where priorities may shift and flexibility is expected

    Required Experience

    • Experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or hybrid analytics role
    • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
    • Experience with data modeling
    • Exposure to or experience supporting AI / analytics platform initiatives
    • Background within pharmaceuticals, biotech, or life sciences
    • Understanding of working with regulated healthcare data environments
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience in patient services
    • Experience in broader healthcare delivery organizations (e.g., healthcare services, distribution, payer/provider-adjacent environments)
    • Experience with organizations handling sensitive healthcare data and compliance requirements
