    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze large and complex wireless telecommunications datasets to identify trends, anomalies, optimization opportunities, and business value drivers.
    • Proactively Client new AI and machine learning use cases through data exploration rather than relying solely on predefined requirements.
    • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, AI engineering teams, data scientists, and technical organizations.
    • Translate business challenges into data-driven opportunities and AI solution recommendations.
    • Guide AI engineers on data quality, feature engineering opportunities, business context, and potential model applications.
    • Evaluate network, customer, operational, and performance data to identify opportunities for automation, prediction, optimization, and intelligence.
    • Develop data-driven strategies that support network operations, customer experience improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, success metrics, and AI/analytics roadmaps.
    • Present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
    • Create executive-level dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner.
    • Assess data sources and determine their applicability for predictive analytics, machine learning, and GenAI initiatives.
    • Drive continuous innovation by identifying emerging data opportunities within the mobile network ecosystem.
    • Support prioritization of AI initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and available data assets.
    • Establish best practices for telecom data analysis, insight generation, and AI enablement.

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience in data analytics within the telecommunications or wireless industry.
    • Strong understanding of wireless network architecture, RAN, mobility data, network KPIs, customer experience metrics, and operational processes.
    • Proven experience translating business problems into data-driven recommendations and analytics strategies.
    • Advanced experience with SQL and large-scale data analysis platforms.
    • Experience working with AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data science teams.
    • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and provide strategic direction without detailed requirements.
    • Experience delivering executive presentations and influencing decision-making through analytics.
    • Experience with AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, or Agentic AI initiatives.
    • Knowledge of network performance analytics, customer experience analytics, and operational intelligence platforms.
    • Experience working directly with Tier-1 wireless operators such as Telecommunication, AT&T, Telecommunication, or major telecom vendors.
