As a Data Science Manager, you will lead a team that partners closely with Windows and Copilot product teams, translating complex data into clear product strategy and decisions throughout the lifecycle. You will guide rigorous analysis, experimentation, and predictive modeling to uncover customer needs, evaluate AI experiences, and identify opportunities to grow customer and business metrics. Required Qualifications
Doctorate in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field AND 3+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)
OR Masters Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field AND 5+ years data-science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)
OR Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field AND 7+ years data science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques and reporting results)
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years people-management experience.

Data Science M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
