    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Design enterprise AI and machine learning solutions
    • Build scalable analytics pipelines
    • Develop production ML models

    • Partner with engineering teams to deploy AI applications
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders
    • Mentor technical teams
    • Improve operational processes through AI

    Role Requirements:
    • 10+ years in Data Science or AI Engineering
    • Strong Python and SQL
    • Databricks and Spark
    • Cloud platform experience
    • Production ML deployments
    • MLOps experience
    • Leadership experience
    • Excellent communication
    • Bachelor's degree

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
    • Banking or financial services
    • GenAI and LLMs
    • NLP
    • AI governance
    • Advanced degree
