    Description

    o Conduct data profiling and quality assessments across source systems to identify gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies in party records, translating findings into prioritized backlog items using new and existing DQ rules and MDM matching logic

    o Define and document new data quality rules, thresholds, and KPIs for party master data attributes (name, address, identifiers, relationships) within the MDM hub, owning the requirements and acceptance criteria o o o Own the roadmap for data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment routines for party data migration into the UMDM, leveraging MDM survivorship and matching rules

    o Monitor post-implementation data quality trends, prioritize corrective actions for continuous improvement, and work with SOR owners and MDM data stewards to remediate identified data issues

    o Support end-user adoption of DQ processes and the MDM platform by developing training materials and conducting workshops

    o Design and implement data quality scorecards and dashboards to track MDM health metrics on an ongoing basis

    o Capture pain points from business stakeholders actively using MDM data, convert them into enhancement requests, and prioritize them within the MDM product backlog

    o Establish data stewardship workflows and escalation procedures within the MDM platform for resolving data quality exceptions and survivorship conflicts

    o Lead discussions with the business to elicit and document data requirements and MDM business scenarios, ensuring DQ rules align with MDM match/merge and survivorship logic

    o Own the creation of UAT test cases covering both DQ rule validation and MDM functional scenarios (matching, merging, survivorship) based on requirements gathered from the business

    o Oversee execution of UAT test cases across DQ and MDM functionality, document testing evidence, and log defects in Jira
