Job Overview:

You will be the person the business works with most directly on its data.

  • Track each domain’s readiness against the wave plan and raise dependency, capacity and quality risks early.
  • Triage new data requests from business teams and route them to the appropriate review and governance process.
  • Serve as the day-to-day partner for business SMEs and data stewards, and plan their time so it is focused and well used.
  • Guide business partners through what each phase of the migration needs from them.
  • Facilitate decisions with data owners on the authoritative source (system of record) for each data element, and lead source-to-target mapping sessions with business users.
  • Prepare each data product for certification by the Director, Data Products, including business definitions, lineage, ownership, quality checks and known issues.
  • Capture lessons learned after each domain and wave and feed them back into the process so the next one runs faster.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a data product owner, business analyst or data analyst on data-intensive delivery, including 2+ years owning a backlog in an Agile or Kanban team.
  • Strong SQL and data profiling skills; able to examine source data directly to confirm or challenge a data quality issue.
  • Experience with data migration, data quality remediation or master data management.
  • Able to facilitate business SMEs, drive decisions and document them clearly.
  • Experience delivering in Agile or Kanban teams using a work management tool; interest in AI-assisted delivery practices.
  • ERP data conversion experience, ideally with property management or real estate systems.
  • Experience with a cloud data lakehouse platform and master data management tooling.
  • Community association or residential property management accounting or operations.
