Data Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise data platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise data platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI initiatives. You will partner with engineering, architecture, and business teams to build scalable, self-service data products and drive adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to launch and continuous improvement.
• Define product vision and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable data platform capabilities.
• Drive product adoption through go-to-market planning, user enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
• Track product performance using KPIs, OKRs, and customer feedback to optimize value.
• Mentor junior product managers and promote a product-driven culture.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management or related experience.
• Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, and product metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Knowledge of AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, and Apache Flink.
• Understanding of data architecture, data integration, governance, metadata, and security.
• Experience supporting analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI platforms.
• Financial services or large enterprise experience is a plus.
