Role and Responsibilities:

Counsel clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, and AIgovernance compliance matters.

Draft, review, and negotiate technology and commercialagreements.

Support incident response matters, including breachinvestigation, notification, and regulatory reporting.

Work cross-functionally with corporate, IP, andlitigation colleagues to deliver integrated client solutions.

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school.

5-7 years of substantive experience in dataprivacy, cybersecurity, technology transactions, or information governance at alaw firm or in-house legal department.

Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiatingtechnology-related agreements and advising on privacy compliance programs.

Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
