Job Description:
We are looking for a Principal Engineering Program Manager to lead complex, multi-org data and platform programs within the Client's Unified Platform team. This role requires deep expertise of the data lifecycle, data platforms, and ETL/ELT ecosystems and strong critical thinking, and the ability to drive alignment, influence decisions, and deliver measurable business outcomes at scale.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•10–15+ years of program management experience in cloud/data platforms or related domains
•Deep understanding of end-to-end data lifecycle, including data platforms with strong expertise in ETL/ELT systems, coordinating data management, accuracy, and traceability
•Possess working knowledge of metrics, targets, data modeling, and data governance, quality, and lineage.
•Define success metrics (north star and supporting benchmarks) and align teams on hard-working goals.
•Proven ability to define and drive outcome-based programs with measurable impact
•Advanced experience with Agile methodologies and large-scale program execution
•Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and program reporting tools
•Strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts and AI-powered efficiency tools
•Outstanding collaborator management and executive communication skills
•Strong analytical, evaluative, and decision-making capabilities
•Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across org layers
