Summary
  • Seeking a senior architect to design and implement a unified Infrastructure Operations, Monitoring, and Observability Framework across enterprise platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Alation, Cloudera, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, and SAP. The role will establish a single-pane-of-glass monitoring ecosystem covering infrastructure, applications, data platforms, metadata, lineage, reliability, and operational governance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design enterprise observability architecture, standards, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Define telemetry, logging, metrics, traces, events, and alerting standards.
  • Architect monitoring solutions for data, analytics, cloud, and enterprise platforms.
  • Establish SLI/SLO, reliability engineering, incident management, and AIOps capabilities.
  • Implement event correlation, root cause analysis, and automated remediation frameworks.
  • Design executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and platform health reporting.
  • Lead platform onboarding, governance, capacity planning, and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Experience
  • 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or SRE.
  • Hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry.
  • Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps, and enterprise data platforms.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Alation, Cloudera, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
  • Proven ability to design enterprise-scale monitoring and observability solutions.
