This is a hands-on contract role for someone who can independently extract cleanse transform and migrate data across multiple source systems while also building and maintaining reporting and analytics.This is a part-time temporary position working up to 20 hours per week with an anticipated duration of six months.What you&8217ll doExtract cleanse and migrate data across legacy and target systems ERP CRM and other operational data sources ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the migration lifecycleWrite and optimize SQL for data extraction transformation and validation against complex datasets. Building in repeatable validation querieschecksReconcile migrated data against source-of-truth records row counts control totals key balances master data identify and resolve discrepancies and formally sign off on data accuracy before go-live milestonesDocument data validation and reconciliation processes thoroughly. Including source-to-target mappings transformation logic validation criteria known exceptions and sign-off records so the process is auditable and repeatable by othersDesign build and maintain ETLELT pipelines to move and transform data between source systems staging environments and reporting layersBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and data visualizations DAX Power QueryM for Financial Analysts Operations and other business stakeholdersCollaborate with cross functional stakeholders to gather requirements and confirm reconciliation results are understood and accepted by business ownersIdentify and implement process improvements within the data pipeline and Shared Services data workflowsUse Python for scripting automation and data processing tasks as needed pandas API integrations etc.QualificationsDemonstrated experience building validation and reconciliation frameworks aStrong SQL skills comfortable writing complex queries for extraction transformation and validation against large messy datasetsProficiency with Power BI DAX Power Query or equivalent BI tooling TableauWorking knowledge of Python for data processingautomationSolid understanding of data modeling and database design principlesStrong written documentation skills able to produce clear detailed records of data lineage transformation logic validation methodology and reconciliation results that a third party could followAttention to detail and personal ownership of data accuracy end to endExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferred2 years of hands-on experience with data extraction cleansing migration and reconciliation ERPCRM migrations a strong plusExperience with ERP systems migrations e.g. SAP to NetSuite or similarExperience with API based data integrationsFamiliarity with cloud platforms AWS Azure Fabric Onelake SnowflakeExperience with source system reconciliation open balances GL data master data cleanupComfortable with fundamental accounting concepts trial balance income summary and general financialbusiness literacyCompensationPay for this position will be between 45 and 55 hourly.BenefitsThe benefit program includes medical dental and vision coverage for you and your family.Life insurance equal to two times annual base salary.Accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
