    What You Will Do

    • Translate business processes and outcomes into governed data definitions, conversion rules, quality requirements, reconciliation criteria, and acceptance criteria.
    • Coordinate data readiness through profiling, cleansing, testing, refreshes, cutover, production loading, and post-load validation.
    • Lead assigned domains through the data-product lifecycle, from business definition and technical alignment through validation, publication, and ongoing ownership.
    • Partner with Data Stewards, process owners, and technology teams to clarify ownership, resolve dependencies, and make data quality and delivery risks visible.
    • Validate that data products, semantic views, reports, and related consumption methods reflect approved business meaning and logic.
    • Drive standardization, reuse, and continuous improvement across ERP conversion, data governance, and data-product delivery.

    Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

    • Experience in data management, enterprise resource planning implementation, data conversion, data governance, master data, business analysis, or data-product delivery.
    • Experience translating business processes into data definitions, requirements, quality rules, controls, and acceptance criteria.
    • Experience supporting enterprise testing, data refreshes, cutover, go-live, or stabilization activities.
    • Working knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, master data management, data quality, and data stewardship practices.
    • Experience coordinating cross-functional work among business and technology stakeholders.

    What Will Put You Ahead

    • Experience with Infor M3 or a comparable global ERP platform, particularly in warehouse, logistics, or quality processes.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile delivery methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
    • Experience with Snowflake, SQL, semantic models, business intelligence consumption patterns, or enterprise data platforms.
    • Experience applying data-product, metadata, lineage, and governed-data concepts in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, commercial, or quality domains.
