    Job Title: Data Manager

    Job Location:Palm Bay, FL
    Duration: 12- months contract (with possible extension or conversion)

    Job Overview:

    This role is responsible for managing product data and technical documentation in support of program execution. The individual will ensure information is properly identified, collected, prepared, controlled, distributed, and archived so that stakeholders receive accurate materials in a timely manner.

    This position is well suited for candidates with strong organizational skills and experience with accurate data entry, document handling, or administrative coordination.

    • A configuration management background is not required.
    • Candidates who have worked in data entry, document control, administrative support, or similar detail-oriented roles can apply those skills successfully in this position.
    • The role supports engineering and program management teams by coordinating documentation, tracking deliverables, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    CDRL/SDRL Coordination

    • Manage contract deliverables to ensure on-time submission to customers in accordance with:
      • Statements of work
      • Requirements
      • Policies and procedures
      • Plans
      • Program schedules
      • Applicable technical documentation
    • Maintain delivery schedules.
    • Coordinate with program team members for required inputs.
    • Communicate milestones and deadlines.

    Document Preparation and Formatting

    • Review and prepare program documentation to ensure compliance with:
      • Internal standards
      • Formatting requirements
      • Contract authorization requirements
    • Verify that all documents contain correct and complete markings.
    • Apply or track control numbers and other required identifiers.

    Data Handling and Transfer

    • Support incoming and outgoing customer communications by:
      • Logging correspondence
      • Tracking correspondence
      • Organizing correspondence
    • Maintain folder structures.
    • Facilitate secure transfer of data across networks and systems, including:
      • Media burning
      • File scanning
      • File uploads

    Data Entry and Records Maintenance

    • Enter data into designated configuration management and tracking systems.
    • Maintain complete and accurate records.
    • Assist in resolving:
      • Errors
      • Discrepancies
      • Missing information

    Additional Program Support

    • Provide general functional support for engineering and program management activities as assigned.
    • May be required to work overtime or outside normal business hours to support program deadlines.

    Required Qualifications

    • Active TS/SCI clearance with elevated polygraph
    • Ability to obtain and maintain privileged user status on all required networks
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Experience with:
      • Data entry
      • Document control
      • Records management
      • Administrative support
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work within established processes and procedures
