    We are seeking a Data Management and Automation Analyst to support data-driven operations and process improvements. This role focuses on managing data repositories, conducting analytics, and implementing system enhancements, including leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline business processes. The ideal candidate has experience working with complex data environments and supporting mission-focused programs

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage and maintain data repositories and datastores to ensure accuracy, integrity, and accessibility
    • Perform data analytics reviews to support decision-making and operational insights
    • Identify and implement data system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
    • Leverage artificial intelligence and automation tools to streamline business processes
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with program objectives
    • Ensure data governance, compliance, and best practices are followed

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Database Administration, Information Management, or a related field, and five (5) years of combined experience in:
        • Data repository management and reporting
        • Data analytics review
        • Data system improvements
    ORaHigh School Diploma and ten (10) years of combined experience in the areas listed above.
    • US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

    Desired Experience:
    • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Database Administration, Information Management, or a related discipline
    • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence to improve or automate business processes
    • Experience managing datastores within the customer space.

    Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
    Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
