Job Description:
The University of Florida is seeking a Data Management Analyst III to advance the Division of Enrollment Management''''s data and analytics strategy. Working closely with the Director of Enrollment Research and Analytics, this position will develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, data models, dashboards, and reporting tools that support data-informed decision-making across the enrollment lifecycle. Candidates should possess strong expertise in business intelligence, data visualization, data modeling, SQL development, and analytics, with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
Master''''s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor''''s degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
A bachelor''''s or master''''s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Higher Education Administration, or a related discipline.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale relational databases.
Expertise using Technolutions Slate or similar CRM platforms.
Knowledge of admissions, enrollment management, student success, or CRM operations in higher education or other complex organizations.
Experience developing solutions that leverage JavaScript and API technologies.
A strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting environments.
The ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to diverse audiences.
Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, translating complex data concepts into clear, actionable information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
