Data Lead (SAP)

Role and responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Data Load Lead to manage and execute data loading activities into SAP MDG and SAP systems from both SAP and non-SAP source systems. The role involves leading end-to-end data migration processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and successful delivery of data loads in line with project requirements.

The role involves leading end-to-end data migration processes, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and successful delivery of data loads in line with project requirements.
Job description:
The candidate will be responsible for leading the data migration process, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and collaborating with various teams to meet project requirements. The role requires a deep understanding of SAP systems and data migration methodologies.
 
Basic Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in data migration/data load projects, with experience in a lead role.
• Strong expertise in SAP MDG, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, and data migration methodologies.
• Experience loading data from SAP and non-SAP source systems.
• Knowledge of migration tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Required Skills:

• Data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
• Managing data migration cycles, mock loads, cutover, and production deployments.
• Ensuring data quality, reconciliation, and compliance with governance standards.
• Collaborating with business, functional, and technical teams to define and validate data requirements.
• Resolving data load issues and providing timely status updates to stakeholders.
