As the Data Integration Specialist for the ODU CRM Team, you will act as the vital bridge between the CRM team, enterprise integration staff, and campus stakeholders to establish a 360-degree view of the student within Salesforce Education Cloud. In this highly collaborative role, you will lead the requirements gathering, documentation, and debugging of critical data pipelines connecting systems like Banner, Common App, and Axiom Elite. By actively translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, you will ensure seamless, accurate data flow that drives the university's recruitment, enrollment, and retention success.

This is a remote position, requiring a traditional 40-hour work week. Computer equipment will be supplied for remote work; high-speed internet is the responsibility of the employee.
Should travel be required, budgetary constraints may limit where the successful candidate can reside. In addition, existing payroll limitations on locations a remote employee may work from could limit the selection of the final candidate.
Hiring Range: $105,000-$115,000, commensurate with education, experience, and qualifications
