Must Have Skills:
3-7 years of experience in data integration, data analysis, business analysis, or data management roles.
Experience supporting technology implementations and vendor onboarding activities.
Understanding of data integration methods including APIs, SFTP, file-based transmissions, and ETL processes.
Experience creating data mapping and source-to-target documentation.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience working with Client data and concepts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Ability to coordinate effectively across business, technology, and vendor teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investments, or Financial Services.
Familiarity with data lake, data warehouse, and enterprise data platform concepts.
Experience with Collibra, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience working with third-party vendors, custodians, and data providers.

The Data Integration Analyst supports the delivery of strategic data initiatives across the Wealth Management ecosystem. This role works closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, transmission and proxy teams, vendors, and data providers to onboard, implement, and support data integrations.
The position is responsible for documenting requirements, supporting data mapping and analysis, coordinating implementation activities, and helping deliver data solutions from planning through production. The ideal candidate understands how data moves between systems and has experience with APIs, file-based integrations, Client, data platforms, and vendor implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of data initiatives, integrations, and platform enhancements.
Partner with business, technology, transmission, proxy, and vendor teams to define and deliver data solutions.
Document business requirements, technical requirements, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
Develop and maintain source-to-target mapping documentation and data flow diagrams.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new data feeds, vendors, and applications.
Support the design, testing, and implementation of integrations utilizing APIs, SFTP, file transmissions, and other connectivity methods.
Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and quality reviews to ensure implementation readiness.
Facilitate discussions to identify data sources, integration requirements, dependencies, and risks.
Support Enterprise Operations teams by capturing implementation procedures, support models, and technical documentation.
Track project activities, risks, action items, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence.
Maintain business metadata, data definitions, and governance documentation in Collibra and related repositories.
Communicate implementation status, issues, dependencies, and milestones to stakeholders.
Support post-implementation validation and production readiness activities.
