Design and implement secure, scalable data solutions across the Databricks Lakehouse ecosystem, with emphasis on PHI/PII protection, data classification, governance, and secure AI-enabled data access. Lead architecture across Azure, modern table formats, data platforms, access controls, monitoring, and self-service analytics.
Requirements:- 12+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data security roles.
- Databricks Lakehouse hands-on experience.
- PHI/PII data protection expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Design secure, scalable Databricks Lakehouse architectures for governed data workloads.
- Implement data classification, masking, encryption, minimization, and access-control frameworks.
- Architect interoperable data solutions using Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg, Azure, Snowflake, and related platforms.
- Build dashboards and monitoring frameworks for data security, governance, and platform performance.
- Enable AI/ML integrations and self-service analytics with secure data-access patterns.
- Develop scalable data applications and APIs while optimizing Spark workloads, caching, and query performance.
