Data Entry Specialist

Our client, a Industrial Robots and Factory Automation Systems company, is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for their Sterling Heights, MI location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Reads and transmits invoice information from SAP to excel format.
• Validates accuracy of data and accounting formulas.
• Pays attention to details to identify gaps and update information where appropriate.
• Manages, converts and consolidates different file types into a PDF for streamlined communication with external partners.
• Communicates among teams such as order management, logistics and customs brokers. Manages timelines and expectations to ensure project is tracking to completion.

Requirements:

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• The task will be redundant so looking for someone that is comfortable with data validation and excel.
• If someone has experience with SAP or working with AI prompts that is a plus.
