Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter data from various sources into our database

- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data

- Maintain and update database with new information as needed

- Organize and maintain physical and digital files

- Communicate with team members and other departments to ensure accuracy of data

- Generate reports and perform data analysis as requested

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a data entry specialist or similar role

- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
